MIXED PLEASURE offers breeders one of their few remaining opportunities to access the bloodlines of the legendary racehorse Seabiscuit. That rare link comes through his broodmare sire, the brilliantly fast stakes winner Windy Sea, whose dam was a daughter of that great champion.
MIXED PLEASURE exuded class and precocity during his own racing career. At 2, he won a pair of stakes events at Golden Gate Fields and Bay Meadows Race Course, ran second in the Grade 2 Hollywood Juvenile Championship Stakes at Hollywood Park and placed third in the Grade 3 Balboa Stakes at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. He was weighted at 113 pounds on the Experimental Free Handicap. At 3, he placed in an additional stakes race.
MIXED PLEASURE retired with five wins and seven placings from 22 lifetime starts.
MIXED PLEASURE has had very limited opportunities in the stud, but he boasts 100% winners from starters.
