Is your program producing
the desired results?

Are your foals well-received
at the sales?

Are you achieving the success
you envisioned when
you entered the
Thoroughbred business?

I can help you as I've helped many other breeders through the years.

Working together, we can . . .

Determine your goals.

Evaluate your bloodstock.

Prepare your mare's mating or determine more
appropriate bloodlines to improve your program.

Analyze sale catalogs or find advantageous claims.

Mine is an educational program to help investors focus on their goals and develop a plan for reaching them. Working without a staff, I devote myself to a limited number of accounts.

Capt. Bullet Bob Dominates Stakes Race By 40 Lengths!

On August 23, Capt. Bullet Bob added a new dimension to his most successful racing season to date with an overwhelming, 40-length win in the six-furlong Tex's Zing Stakes at Fairmount Park! This 5-year-old horse, who races as a homebred for my client Charles Galli, improved his 2011 bankroll to $74,217 with the easy victory for trainer Wayne Catalano and jockey Emanuel Cosme. Overall, he has won eight of 24 starts and earned $155,340 during four seasons of campaigning.

I performed the stallion selection (mare mating) for Capt. Bullet Bob, an Illinois-bred son of Mutakddim out of the Farma Way mare Dart.

Charles Galli Homebred Now A Three-Time Winner In 2011

Capt. Bullet Bob did it again! This 5-year-old horse, who races as a homebred for my friend and client Charles Galli, led at every call en route to a 2 3/4-length victory in a one-mile allowance optional claiming race at Arlington Park on July 24. Saddled by trainer Wayne Catalano and ridden by jockey Seth Martinez, he improved his career record to seven wins and two placings from 23 starts and $139,860 in earnings. He has won races at three different tracks in 2011: Arlington, Churchill Downs and Gulfstream Park.

I performed the stallion selection (mare mating) for Capt. Bullet Bob, an Illinois-bred son of Mutakddim out of Dart, by Farma Way.

Foolin' Thexperts Providing A Return On Investment

Congratulations to Dr. Chris Feifarek, who has enjoyed two victories in 2011 by his colorbearer Foolin' Thexperts! The most recent win by this 4-year-old gelding occurred on July 9, when he defeated 10 rivals in a 5 1/2-furlong sprint at Colonial Downs. He is trained by David Hill.

I bred Foolin' Thexperts in Kentucky. His sire is Victory Gallop and his dam is the multiple winner Co Co Buck, by Norquestor. He has won or placed in five of his 11 starts to date.

Onward & Upward For Unusual Jazz

On July 8, California-bred Unusual Jazz improved upon his runner-up effort in his career debut with a maiden victory in his second start. Saddled by trainer Jim Cassidy, the 4-year-old Unusual Heat colt won a 7 1/2-furlong race on Cushion Track at Hollywood Park for the ownership group of Christopher Feifarek, Joseph Sciarra and James Schlagel; the latter two gentlemen are his breeders.

I performed the stallion selection (mare mating) for Unusual Jazz, who was produced by the winning Jambalaya Jazz mare Jazz Ya. He has earned $19,180 from two starts.

Charles Galli Homebred Wins By A Landslide Under The Twin Spires!

Congratulations to my client Charles Galli, who enjoyed a spectacular victory by his homebred horse Capt. Bullet Bob at Churchill Downs on May 27! This veteran runner, now 5, carried jockey Julien Leparoux to an eye-opening, 21 1/4-length win in a seven-furlong starter allowance, improving his career earnings to $109,290 in the process.

I performed the stallion selection (mare mating) for Capt. Bullet Bob, an Illinois-bred son of Mutakddim out of the Farma Way mare Dart. A six-time winner from the ages of 2 to 5, he is currently trained by Wayne Catalano.

Missjeanlouise Remains Undefeated In Hawthorne Romp

The new year is turning out to be an exciting one for my friend and client Charles Galli! On February 19, his homebred filly Missjeanlouise took an early lead and never looked back in a six-furlong allowance test at Hawthorne Race Course, ultimately winning in a hand ride by an impressive 5 3/4 lengths. This promising, 3-year-old daughter of Victory Gallop is undefeated from two starts, and has earned $30,600 under the care of trainer Wayne Catalano.

I performed the stallion selection for Missjeanlouise, an Illinois-bred who was produced by the seven-time winner Allurable, by Regal Classic.

Charles Galli Homebred Wins Again In 2011!

Capt. Bullet Bob, a 2006 son of Mutakddim who races as a homebred for Charles Galli, pushed his career earnings over the $90,000 mark when he outran 10 rivals in a 6 1/2-furlong race at Gulfstream Park on February 4, 2011. He has now won at the ages of 2, 3, 4 and 5!

2010: Another Banner Year For My Clients & Horses!

What an exciting year 2010 turned out to be!

Highlighting the achievements among my bloodstock recommendations was the top-class racehorse Gayego, a handsome son of Gilded Time who competed admirably in elite company throughout his 5-year-old campaign. In 2010, Gayego set the third track record of his career (one mile on Tapeta Footings in 1:34.90) while winning the $245,825 Presque Isle Mile Stakes at Presque Isle Downs. He also ran third in the 2010 Triple Bend Handicap (G1) at Hollywood Park, and third in the 2010 Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile (G1) at Churchill Downs.

I selected Gayego for purchase for $32,000 on behalf of his former owner, Cubanacan Stables, during the 2006 Keeneland September Yearling Sale. Today, he is a Grade 1 winner whose overall race record stands at 20-8-4-2 / $1,751,120.

Also in 2010, my client Charles Galli enjoyed tremendous success with his homebreds, particularly his juveniles.

Sam's Philly, a daughter of Orientate, won a maiden special weight race at Arlington Park in her second start in July and went on to place in the $85,825 Showtime Deb Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Hawthorne Race Course in October. I did the mare mating for her dam, the winning Storm Bird mare Boom Bird.

Another 2008 filly, Missjeanlouise, made a sparkling debut at Hawthorne in November, as a first-out winner against 11 rivals. I also performed the mare mating for this Victory Gallop filly's dam, the multiple winner Allurable, by Regal Classic.

Charlie's year ended on a fantastic note in December, when his homebred runner Unexpecteddividend broke his maiden at Hawthorne for trainer Wayne Catalano. This 2-year-old gelding is the first starter and first winner for his sire, Deferred Comp, who Charlie stands in Kentucky. I recommended the purchase of Unexpecteddividend's dam, Crafty Casa, for mating to this stallion. Crafty Casa is a two-time winner by Crafty Prospector, and is also the dam of Charlie's homebred winner Silver Craft.

Capt. Bullet Bob is another homebred runner trained by Wayne Catalano for Charles Galli. I performed the mare mating for this 2006 Mutakddim colt, who posted his fourth career win in 2010 and has now earned more than $80,000. His dam is Dart, by Farma Way.

Thank you to everyone for a memorable 2010, and best of racing luck in 2011!

Silver Craft wins again for Charles Galli!

Silver Craft, a Value Plus colt who runs as a homebred for Charles Galli, won his second race to close out his 2-year-old season on December 26, 2009. A maiden special weight winner at Churchill Downs on November 15, he pushed his career earnings to $52,500 with a 6 1/2-furlong allowance victory at Tampa Bay Downs in his sixth start.

I selected the winning Crafty Prospector broodmare Crafty Casa for Charlie while she was carrying Silver Craft in-utero.

Congratulations again to Charles Galli!

Congratulations go out once again to Charles Galli, the owner and breeder of Silver Craft. This 2-year-old colt by Value Plus broke his maiden with a smashing, 6 1/4-length victory against eight rivals at Churchill Downs on November 15, 2009, stopping the clock in 1:24.72 for seven furlongs.

I selected this colt's dam, Crafty Casa (Crafty Prospector), for Charlie while she was carrying this foal.

Congratulations to Charles Galli!

Congratulations to Charles Galli, the owner and breeder of Capt. Bullet Bob. This 3-year-old Mutakddim colt achieved his third career win in impressive, front-running style at Hawthorne Race Course on October 28, 2009, capturing the allowance victory against Illinois-bred company by 2 3/4 lengths as the 7-5 favorite.

I performed the stallion selection (mare mating) for Capt. Bullet Bob, who has now earned $64,761.

Congratulations again to Cubanacan Stables!

Congratulations on the track record-setting victory by Gayego at Hollywood Park on November 30!

This 3-year-old Gilded Time colt won a 6 1/2-furlong allowance optional claiming race on the Cushion Track all-weather surface, stopping the clock in 1:13.37 and earning a 101 Beyer Speed Figure for his fourth victory from nine lifetime starts. Hollywood Park's previous track record for the distance was 1:13.79.

Trained by Paulo Lobo, Gayego also broke Santa Anita Park's track record for 6 1/2 furlongs when he won the 2008 San Pedro Stakes on the previously installed Cushion Track surface in 1:13.07.

We are proud to be associated with Gayego, whom we selected for purchase for $32,000 on behalf of owner Cubanacan Stables during the 2006 Keeneland September Yearling Sale. He has already earned back nearly 25 times that initial investment - $763,020 in total purse money!

Gayego has provided us all with many exciting memories, including his victory in the 2008 Arkansas Derby (G2) and his participation in this year's Kentucky Derby (G1) and Preakness Stakes (G1).

He was recently sold to new owners. We wish them well with their fine acquisition!

Congratulations to Cubanacan Stables!

Congratulations on the victory of Gayego in the Grade 1 Arkansas Derby on April 12 at Oaklawn Park, pointing him for a bid to win the Kentucky Derby!

We are proud to have selected Gayego for purchase for $32,000 by Cubanacan Stables at the September, 2006, Keeneland yearling sale.

Gayego's earnings now total $723,420 in only five starts. He finished second in the Grade 2 San Felipe Stakes March 15 at Santa Anita, following a win in the $75,000-added San Pedro Stakes January 20 at the same track.

In the San Pedro, Gayego covered 6 1/2 furlongs in 1:13.69 to set a new Santa Anita Cushion Track record for 6 1/2 furlongs.

He's trained by Paulo Lobo.

Now . . . on to Kentucky!

Congratulations to Irwin Olian!

We are pleased to offer our congratulations to Irwin Olian, aka Tigertail Ranch, on the second-place finish of Twentieth Century in the $100,000 Skyy El Joven at Retama Park on October 27.

This was just the fourth start for Twentieth Century.

We are proud to have included him among our selections in the 2006 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
